Course Description
LL.M.
The LLM programme at the School of Law trains students to develop a sharp acumen
oflegal research and idenfy and apply the key concepts of substanve and procedural
law to a given set of facts and circumstances. The students acquire the skill of legal
analysis, logical reasoning and problem solving through an in-depth study of the
society, laws and the judicial procedures. The students understand the theories and
pracce of legislave enactment and interpretaon and are trained to apply them in
their ligaons through MOOT Court Sessions. The students can choose between
four specialisaons namely Constuonal law, Criminal Law, Internaonal Law and
Business Law.
